Shipping Terms

The company will deliver the products after checking that the customer has confirmed the order and informed the payment. The customer can contact the company during the company’s working days and hours (open Mon-Fri from (08.00 – 18.00 hrs.) The company reserves the right to provide service to customers outside of working hours. The company will deliver the products within three business days through the shipping agent (Kerry express, Flash). Normally, the products will arrive at the destination within 3 business days of the company for orders that are confirmed and informed of payment after 11:00 hrs. The company will deliver the product on the next business day, which will be counted as the next business day.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only if it is still in the processing status. We will accept cancellation requests made by calling the dreamyofficial customer service center.
061-7693535 only and will not acknowledge or respond to cancellation requests made by any other method, such as via email.
– In the event that the relevant products have already been packed or shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
– In case the product is received, is damaged, or the product does not match the order, you can still cancel the order according to the 7-day return policy (see below).

Shopping and Return Policy

Customers can exchange/return any damaged or unused products within 7 days from the date you receive the product (based on the receipt document). The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The company will exchange/return the product under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, broken and cannot be used normally.
The product was sent with the wrong type, formula or size.
The product or product packaging is damaged.

The product must not have been used/or be able to try the product but must be in new condition.
The product must be returned with all packaging and accessories.
If you receive the product more than 7 days ago, the company reserves the right not to accept the return of the product from you.
In the case of special discounted products (Stock Clearance), the company reserves the right to return products or refund in all cases.

How to return products

Check return status

The product exchange/refund process will start after the company has assessed the returned product from you. This product quality assessment process may take approximately 7 business days from the date the company receives the returned product. You can contact the Call Center at 061-7693535 for inquiries.

Return shipping costs

If the product you receive is incorrect, defective or damaged, the company will gladly replace the product at the address specified in the purchase order document without any charges.

Product replacement

As soon as we receive your returned product, we will evaluate the product and inspect the quality of your returned product. The inspection process will take no more than 7 business days from the date the company receives the returned product after approving the replacement of a new product. The company will then deliver a new product to you according to the specified delivery time.

Refund Policy

The company will refund the full amount of the order to the customer if the company cannot find a replacement or replacement product that you have ordered.
In case of refund, you must submit documents and accounting evidence for the company to process the refund into your bank account. The processing time will be no more than 30 business days and the company will notify you when the refund has been completed.

Note: The supporting documents for refund request are: 1. Copy of ID card 2. A copy of the customer’s bank account page, with a certified true copy.
(The name on the bank account and the name of the person ordering must match.)
